Zinsser Bulleye 1-2-3 : - is a water based primer-sealer aswell as a stain killer and bondcoat. It combines a fast dry formula with outstanding adhesion properties and stain killing power. This product can be used internally & externally on many surfaces ranging from walls & doors & windows, to glossy surfaces such as ceramic tiles. As a sealer it will effectively block stains such as crayon, grease spots and finger/hand marks.Zinsser are moving the production of there products from the USA to a new factory in the UK, this means Zinsser will now be producing there products in european sizes e.g.10 litre, 5 litre, 1 litres and 500mlThis will be a gradual process which should be complete within the next few months-as the US sizes are depleated, they will be discontinued and permanently replaced by the UK sizes.
