All - Coat (Water Based): - is a high adhesion, self sealing, dead flat finish coat for residential & commercial applications. it is a general purpose primer-sealer and finish for wood, metal, drywall & concrete. Allcoat flows smoothly and leaves evenly to a flat, durable & washable finish. Allcoat hides bright colours and generally covers and seals most surfaces in one coat.
