Sikkens Cetol BL Primer : - is a medium build water based primer with excellent adhesion properties, formulated for use as a stain blocking primer on timber species that carry a risk of extractive discolouration.
BL primer will help minimise the discoloutation of water-bourne finishes (such as Cetol BL Opaque) on hardwoods and knotty softwoods.
