Halls Beeline Professional Decorating Shears : - are manufactured from high quality stainless steel, these are one of the highest quality decorating shears on the market. They are designed to allow cutting and trimming on flat surfaces and to give a clean cut even on wet papers. 11.5" overall length with 6.75" cutting blades.
