Armstead Trade Smooth Masonry Paint- is a professional quality, smooth exterior emulsion paint. It has an attractive high build finish and provides excellent coverage and application. It is also BBA certified to provide up to 15 years protection.
General- Allow new surfaces to dry out completely. Remove all loose or defective paint or powdery residues by thorough brushing and scraping, using a stiff fibre brush. Treat any areas affected by mould, lichens, algae and moss with *Weathershield Multi-Surface Fungicidal Wash. Make good minor defects. Use a sand and cement mix for larger holes and cracks. Allow to dry. Surfaces that remain powdery, friable or chalky after thorough preparation should be sealed with Armstead Trade Stabilising Primer.
Note- Do not seal sound new or bare surfaces with stabilising primer.
Coverage 6-12 sq mts per litre depending on Texture Application Brush, Roller or Spray Cleaning Water Touch Dry 1 -2 Hours Re-Coatable 2 - 4 Hours Use on Exterior Masonry Delivery Time
