Dulux Trade Weathershield Preservative Primer- + (BP) penetrates into wood to seal and preserve against water damage, decay and blue stain fungi. Provides 8 year weathering durability, when used as part of the full Weathershield exterior paint system.

Application- Brush only. Do not spray. MIX THOROUGHLY BY SHAKING THE CONTAINER BEFORE USE. Pour out a sufficient amount of primer for the job into a suitable container. Do not thin. Ensure surface is clean, dry and free from any surface coating, mould or algae before use. Use pre-treated timber for in ground contact situations. Apply two even coats. Allow 24 hours for second coat to dry. Lightly sand before application of Weathershield Exterior Flexible Undercoat, or Weathershield Quick Dry Exterior Undercoat.

Please return your unwanted product to us within 30 days for a refund on the item.

However we are unable to accept returns of any paint where we have mixed the colour for you on our mixing machines. This is bespoke for the customer and we are unable to re-sell it.

Any products marked DD (Direct Delivery) come direct from the manufacturer and therefore may incur a re-stocking fee.
