Johnstone's Trade Mordant Solution- is a pre-treatment product designed for preparing galvanised metal surfaces before the application of topcoats. It converts the nature of the surface to ensure the adhesion of any one of a wide range of Johnstone's Trade coatings. Available in blue with a matt finish, and will dry enough for recoating in under a maximum of 24 hours, but this can often be much quicker in good conditions.

Coverage- 15sq mts per litre

Application- thoroughly work the Mordant Solution into the surface using a brush, ensuring all the surface changes colour (blackens). If no initial reaction takes place then a second application may be required, rinse with clean water and allow to dry
