Sandtex Trade High Build Textured Decorative Coating

Sandtex Trade High Build is a durable, high-performance exterior wall coating that is suitable for a range of surfaces. Its weatherproof finish can protect walls against the wind, rain, and other harsh weather conditions. The texture of this Sandtex Trade High Build coating gives walls a unique, textured finish that is easy to clean and maintain. Its advanced decorative and protective textured coating is ideal to cover fine cracks and for the renovation of uneven and irregular surfaces. High build can be used to create a variety of textured finishes, and has an in-built flexibility to allow for normal building movement. Trade High Build is also independently tested by the BBA and proven to offer 15 years of durability.

Colours- Colours are now available for immediate despatch. Available colours are White, Light Magnolia and light Grey, (Ivory and County Cream have been discontinued)

Spreading rate-  2 -3 Kilograms per m² - (5 - 6m² per 15 Kilogram pack).

Recoat & touch dry drying time- Under normal drying conditions surface dry within 12 hours. Through dry within 24-48 hours.

Application Method- Apply by trowel, high build roller or spray.

Type- Masonry Paint. 

Suitable for- Exterior use.

VOC level- Low.
