Sandtex Trade X-Treme X-Posure

Sandtex Trade X-Treme X-Posure : - is a superior durable, smooth masonry paint which provides the best possible protection against weather exposure, for the long term. Suitable for use on most exterior masonry surfaces and exterior grade building boards, this moisture vapour permeable coating system provides excellent opacity, protection and weather resistance.

This product offers up to 20 Years Protection

Drying time - (under normal drying conditions), Resistant to showers after 15 minutes, Touch dry – 30 minutes, Recoatable - 3 hours

Finish - Matt to Mid Sheen

Spreading rate - 16m² per litre. On textured surfaces the spreading rate will be reduced

Limitations - Do not apply if there is a risk of rain, air or substrate temperatures are likely to fall below 7ºC or when the relative humidity is above 80% during application or drying period. Do not use on bitumen coatings. The decoration of Fletton brickwork either facings or commons

is not recommended.

Preperation - New surfaces, All surfaces must be sound, suitably dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the materials to be applied. Surfaces with suction (porous surfaces) should be treated with an application of Sandtex Quick Dry Stabilising Solution. New sound or porous surfaces should also be treated with one coat of the product diluted up to 40% by volume with clean water.

Colours - All Colours are available from stock, and are tinted on site on our computerised Crown tinting machine and are available for immediate delivery, The tinted colour ranges available are BS, Ral & NCS , we can also tint to most other manufactures house colours. Tinted colours cannot be cancelled or returned once mixed.
