Armstead Trade Pliolite Masonry Paint

Armstead Trade Pliolite® Based Masonry Paint- is a professional quality, durable solvent- based smooth masonry paint. Based on Pliolite® Acrylated Rubber resin, it provides a long lasting coating with good adhesion and resistance to moisture and alkali attack. It is easy to apply and provides good coverage. Armstead Trade Pliolite® Based Masonry Paint is much more tolerant to showery or cold weather during application than traditional water- based exterior masonry paints, and can be applied to exterior masonry paints, and can be applied to masonry surfaces at virtually anytime. It is also BBA certified to provide up to 15-year protection.

General- allow new surfaces to dry out completely. Remove all loose or defective paint or powdery residues by thorough brushing and scraping, using a stiff fibre brush. Treat any areas affected by mould, lichens, algae and moss with *Weathershield Multi-Surface Fungicidal Wash. Make good minor defects. Use a sand and cement mix for larger holes and cracks. Allow to dry. Surfaces that remain powdery, friable or chalky after thorough preparation should be sealed with Armstead Trade Stabilising Primer.

Note- do not seal sound new or bare surfaces with stabilising primer. Do not apply Armstead Trade Pliolite® Based Masonry Paint during wet or frosty weather
