Sandtex Ultra Smooth Masonry Paint - provides ultimate protection via its flexible coating which resists peeling, cracking and flaking. Its dirt resistant properties maintain the coatings' aesthetic features and offer the benefit of being rainproof in just 1 hour so you can complete the job even if the weather is unpredictable.

Use - on most sound, dry exterior masonry surfaces. including rendering, roughcast, pebble dash, concrete, building blocks, facing bricks, emulsion or masonry painted surfaces.

Sandtex Smooth Masonry Paint application

Application - Stir before use. Apply with a masonry paint brush or exterior brush.

No. of coats - For best results, 2 coats are required.

Drying time - 3-4 hours (dry and re-coatable).

Coverage - Up to 16 m² per litre. 5 litres will cover approximately 60 m² on smooth rendering. The coverage of the Sandtex Smooth Masonry Paint is also dependent on the surface texture.

Colours - We offer a range of Sandtex Trade Paint colours. Such as white, magnolia and stock colours are available for immediate delivery, non-stock colours can still be ordered and usually have a lead time of 3-4 working days, However, during this period, the manufacturer is quoting a 4 - 5 working day lead time to get the order to us, so please bear this in mind when ordering.
